SiteDoc is operated by NK Hardware LLC. By using the service you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
Your content
You are responsible for the content on websites we build or modify for you. You must own or have authorization to manage any website you connect to SiteDoc.
Acceptable use
You may not use SiteDoc to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content, or to violate any third-party terms of service or intellectual property rights.
Account suspension
NK Hardware LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Service warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
NK Hardware LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $25 per site. All new accounts include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Additional requests beyond 15 per month per site cost $5 each and require your explicit approval before being charged.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
